Teams have the option of participating in the "WCLO Championship Village", which includes an affordable ground transportation program. Or, those with their own ground transportation can book one of the properties available outside of the Village. Interested in a shared transportation & hotel program?

For a smaller fee than renting vehicles, the team is provided motor coach service to/from the fields and airport transfer without the worry of drivers & costly rentals. After submitting your form team leaders will receive an email regarding hotel information.

As teams continue to prepare for post season play, we want to remind all teams of the anticipated enforcement of REAL ID starting May 7th, 2025. This deadline will impact teams traveling back from Round Rock, TX for the WCLO National Tournament.- view information.
